Every dish is inspired by the flavours we grew up with – the late night pav bhaji carts, the chole kulche vendors near India Gate, the tikki chaat from Chandni Chowk, the fizzy lemon sodas on hot Delhi afternoons and the street style burgers from our favourite cornet joints.
