We’ve had 6 children between us (pregnant 5 times – yay for twin moms) and struggled with nutrition confusion, felt sick beyond belief, experienced guilt that we missed some important nutrient, and knew exhaustion like it was our best friend.
Also, we both have children with behaviour challenges that have us asking ourselves, “is there something I’ve done or could do better” and “what can I do to help this sweet child”. We know that diet is key in helping to manage behaviour issues. A change in behaviour can be triggered or made worse by nutrient deficiencies, poor food quality, selective eating, inadequate growth and so much more.
